My name is Gisele Goncalves, and in 2017 I founded Distinctive Cleaning Services with one clear purpose: to bring comfort, care, and excellence into the spaces people live and work in. After many years in Tampa and a lifelong passion for helping others, I realized that cleaning wasn’t just a service — it was a way to make a real difference in someone’s day.
With a background in nursing in Brazil and over a decade of experience running a janitorial business, I learned how important trust, attention to detail, and genuine care are in any service profession. Those values became the foundation of Distinctive Cleaning Services. I wanted to create a company where clients felt seen, understood, and truly taken care of — not just another cleaning appointment on the calendar.
What started as a small operation quickly grew through word of mouth, reliability, and the passion I poured into every home, Airbnb, office, and wellness space we touched.
